Alan Bowser, a graduate of Princeton, Johns Hopkins, and the Georgetown University Law Center, has extensive professional experience as an attorney, economist, and executive in the public and private sectors. A former United States Deputy Assistant Secretary for Basic Industries in the Department of Commerce, he also was a senior staff member of the World Bank Group, and a Director of the Petroleum Finance Company, Ltd.
